Peace in Persia
”Peace in Persia” from the “Woman here and hereafter” collection which is a depiction of women around me, covered in “terme”.
However, at first glance particular piece exudes a certain strength, a confidence which defies all restrictions and the uncertainty of my country’s future in today’s tumultuous world.
Caught in between historical doubts and unclear future, this woman with a new life inside her depicts an optimism’ a hope that future may yet change for the better.

از مجموعه" زن اكنون واز اين پس" آثارى كه در آنها ترمه را بر روى پيكره هاى ساخته شده از قالب هاى گچى از زنان أطرافم كشيده ام، ولى با ديدن اين مجموعه آنچه به چشم مى آيد آرامش و اعتماد به نفسى است كه به رغم تمامى محدوديتها وشرايط دشوار به وضوح نمايان است .
در چنين روزگاري و در چنين شرايطى با نگاهى به كشمكش بين ترديد هاى تاريخى ونگرانى اين روزها در مورد آينده سرزمين من ، به تصوير كشيدن پيكره پيروزمندانه مادرى با جنينى در بطن ،استعاره ايست إز تحولى بزرگ ولى نامحسوس ، كه روزى به بار خواهد نشست.
